Premier League
Chelsea 2/7 (Betfred) look a banker bet to win away at Hull this evening. Hull haven’t won in nine matches and that isn’t the sort of form you want to take into a match against Chelsea. We can see this being a comprehensive win for the Blues and the 4-0 correct score bet 12/1 (Totesport) looks tempting. Didier Drogba is our first goalscorer pick in this one and he is available at 10/3 (William Hill).
Championship
We are taking the draw 9/4 (Stan James) in the match between Watford and Sheffield United. Although Watford are now six league games without a win and Sheffield United are going well the games between these two teams are usually close affairs and so we are selecting a 1-1 result 11/2 (Ladbrokes).
Preston can take three points from a Barnsley team who appear to have lost their form of late. At odds of Evens (William Hill) we think Preston look a bit of value and we are tipping them to edge a close match by 1-0 6/1 (Coral). Neil Mellor 11/2 (Bluesq) is our first goalscorer bet.
League One
Colchester have one of the best home records in the division and that could be enough to see off an in form Carlisle. We reckon this will be a pretty close match and we are going for Colchester to win 4/5 (Victor Chandler) by 2-1 15/2 (Sportingbet).
Leyton Orient are in pretty good form at the minute and haven’t lost in six matches. They play hosts to Bristol Rovers tonight and at 7/5 (Bluesq) a little flutter cold be worthwhile. We’re tipping the over 2.5 goals 10/11 (Betfred) and we’re taking a chance on a 3-2 scoreline 35/1 (Paddypower).
In the other games in League One tonight we are tipping a draw in the match between Walsall and Charlton at 12/5 (Ladbrokes) and think Oldham could be a bit of value at 7/5 (Coral) to win away at bottom club Stockport.
League Two
Accrington 8/11 (Stan James) look home bankers against Barnet. Accrington score a few goals at home so we wouldn’t be too surprised to see the over 2.5 goals 5/6 (Coral) bringing some winnings. We are selecting the 2-1 correct score 15/2 (Sportingbet). Billy Kee 6/1 (William Hill) is our tip to be first goalscorer.
In League Two we are also tipping wins for Crewe Evens (Betfair) and Bournemouth 10/3 (Victor Chandler).
Scotland
In the SPL tonight Celtic should get a win against Kilmarnock. We are selecting the win for Celtic 4/11 (Stan James) and think a bet on a 3-0 result 8/1 (Bet365 might pay dividends.
